You can apply more than once, if your business spans multiple categories. Applications MUST be submitted for each category individually, as there are distinct questions we ask and distinct terms you must read and agree to.

Teachers

You want to TEACH a 30-45 minute Wellness Workshop from Shiva Stage or Shakti Stage. Ideal topics may include, but not limited to:

  • Yoga

  • Meditation

  • Music/Sound Healing

  • Breathwork

  • Ecstatic Dance

  • Interactive Performance

  • Etc…

Healers

You want to work with people 1:1, offering SESSIONS in the Healing Arts Sanctuary. Ideal services may include, but not limited to:

  • Chair Massage

  • Reiki

  • Sound Healing

  • Tarot/Oracle Readings

  • Aura Cleansing

  • Gua Sha

  • Etc…

Vendors

You want to sell a PRODUCT/FOOD in the Vendor Village. Ideal businesses may include, but not limited to:

  • Food Truck

  • Smoothie/Pastry Bar

  • Essential Oils + Crystals

  • Sustainable Art/Jewelry

  • Herbals Teas + Tinctures

  • Holistic Products for Bath, Body, Home

  • Etc…

Volunteers

You want to VOLUNTEER your time to help run the event and make magic happen behind the scenes with the Sol Fest team.

  • There are three 5-hour shifts available

  • Work will take place DAY OF the event

  • Volunteers are REQUIRED to attend a pre-con meeting 2 weeks before Sol Fest to run through logistics, responsibilities and flow of events. Multiple options will be given and you must attend one Live. There will not be a recording.
